We are a digital development company, founded in 2012, with offices in Timisoara and Oradea. We work with startups and large Fortune 500 companies from the US alike, on long-term projects exclusively.
We are strong believers of the ROWE model (Results Oriented Work Environment). This means that we really don’t care if you do your work in the office, at home, a coffeeshop or on the beach somewhere. What we really care about are the quality of your work, respecting the milestones of the project and playing nice with the other guys (your team that is).
Descriere job:
– At least 3 years of experience with Java Software Development
– Experience with Java Enterprise (J2EE, JEE) a must
– Experience with JEE6 API’s a plus (JAX-RS, JAX-WS, JPA, JTA, CDI, JMS, etc.), JAXB
– Familiarity with JBoss (AS 7.0 or EAP 6.0) a plus
– Familiarity with Spring a plus
– Use of agile methodologies, test-driven development and continuous integration
– Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
– Critical and analytical mind, oriented to solutions
– Value team effort and act as real team player.
This is a full-time job, with some administrative specifics given the way we work; hiring process might also include a knowledge test and a hands-on test – details on both aspects will be provided to selected candidates.
